Biography 

Jessica Benavides Canepa is an American travel and lifestyle writer whose articles focus primarily on the luxury market. Additionally, her four-year stint as the Commercial Director for a European luxury travel company as well as a year as the editor-in-chief of a (members-only) lifestyle magazine , have awarded her with a unique perspective in this elusive field. She rounds off her copywriting experience with ongoing work on various travel and lifestyle websites, blogs and as a PR consultant.

Jessica is an active member of  Media Bistro’s Avant Guild and The International Travel Writers Alliance . And although her wanderlust has included the study of Liberal Arts in NYC, Interior Design in London, Art History in Florence, French Cultural Studies in Paris and most recently, Web Design in Barcelona, Ms. Benavides Canepa is still eager to learn more.

I am a firm believer that one should use all of their creative experiences to create a more interesting universe.

Currently working on her first book, assorted projects and overseeing the creation of a new travel blog based in Shanghai , Jessica’s tenacity towards quality work  has gained her quite a few interesting assignments including articles featured in CNN TRAVEL,  NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC TRAVELER,  SOCIETE PERRIER and JETSETTER.
